Prudential Bank customers threatens to withdraw funds if internet service remains poor

Ghanawish.com can confirm that , Customers of prudential bank limited which is commonly known as prudential bank have charge the bank to fix their internet service before they take a french leave .,

Customers finding it difficult to withdraw their cash from the ATM

 

In a media interaction, the some of the customers to Ghanawish radio UK / SPAIN correspondent that when ever to go to the ATM to withdraw money, they find a long cue which you will have to join it due to poor internet service , one must use either 10- 15 minutes to withdraw cash which is Affecting them .

Also, they have reported the problem to the Authorities but as at now,  nothing has been done about it.  Others also lamented that, emails have been sent but not a tangible reply have been received from the bank .

Another cue which shows how customer face problem when Withdrawing cash

 

 

 

They are urging the Management to fix the decrepancies else they will advice theirselves .   they revealed!
