After the dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah in an interview on Joy FM, promised the chiefs and the people of Tamale, that he will soon set up huge studio in Tamale and teach the youths how to make music. Teach them how to make good songs, get hit songs and make some money out of music.”
The “dancehall Na” has also expressed how love for farming for it serve as as source of employment for the youth of the area and beyond.
“I have this farming thing i do on the low with Macassio and so this time around, i told the Elders over there that i would love to go into more large scale farming, so as to bring more employment to the youths of Tamale, and so i asked them to give me a big land.” he said
The Chief of Tamale, Nyeb-Dakpema Fusieni Bawa, enskinned the multiple award winning artist as ‘Dancehall Naa’ which means Dancehall King at a short ceremony in Tamale on Friday, June 7 2019
