JUST IN: Real Madrid Agree Personal Terms With Kylian Mbappe

The Los Blancos have set a €1 Billion release clause for the French star.

Real Madrid are gradually but surely beginning to flutter up and down as they hunt for the proper moment to pursue Kylian Mbappe this summer, despite Paris Saint-Germain’s rising ambition to offload the attacker.

The team has insisted that they won’t pursue Mbappe until the player decides what his future holds, but PSG are willing to sell the player this summer as they don’t want to lose him for anything in 2024.

But as reported by Cadena SER, Real Madrid are negotiating the terms of Mbappe’s contract in what might be considered their last action before making an appeal for the Frenchman during the currently open summer transfer window.

A massive €1 billion buyout clause could be part of Real Madrid’s offer for Kylian Mbappe. The Frenchman will also receive a massive gross wage package from the club worth €50 million, which might make him the most lucrative Real Madrid player in the team’s annals.

Real Madrid is prepared to give Mbappe a five-year deal that will last until 2028 in addition to the remuneration. The forward’s permanent career at Santiago Bernabeu will be completely sealed by this and the €1 billion release provision.

Real Madrid’s anticipated offer, though, won’t be effective until Mbappe makes a decision about his future. The forward has stated that he intends to remain at Parc des Princes for the upcoming campaign, but if PSG keeps pressuring him to leave or sign a contract extension, he may change his mind.

Real Madrid would prefer to sign the former AS Monaco sensation next summer, but should he decide to leave Paris during the current transfer window, they anticipate the young forward to cost over €200 million.

In what is without a doubt the most significant transfer story for Real Madrid, the upcoming days may prove to be pivotal.
