Even before the country enters full-fledged electioneering mode for the 2024 elections, certain celebrities are gradually emerging from their shells to support their favored candidate.
In the case of notorious Ghanaian boxer Braimah Kamoko, also known as Bukom Banku, this is the case.
Bukom Banku has published a song that appears to be a declaration of support for the National Democratic Congress (NDCJohn )’s Dramani Mahama’s candidacy.
The song making the rounds on social media is a remix of Bisa Kdei’s hit ‘Brother Brother,’ by award-winning highlife musician Bisa Kdei.
In the song, Bukom Banku praises John Dramani Mahama for resolving the ‘dumsor’ power shortages.
He praises John Mahama’s accomplishments in the area of road construction, noting that the roads in Kasoa are free of potholes.
He also declares that the NDC’s 2020 presidential candidate is returning to reclaim political power in the 2024 elections, while encouraging NDC followers to rejoice.
