I Am Better Than All The Goalkeepers That Were Called – Former Black Stars Goalkeeper

Former goalkeeper of the Black Star Razak Brimah has come to share his thoughts on Otto Addo’s squad which did not include his name. He said he would do better than all the goalkeepers in the squad as he had a pretty good season with his club.

Speaking to Sports Journalist Alexander Anankwaa, Razak Brimah said that if he were to have been in the squad listed he would have started all the matches to be played.

With all due respect, I can do much better than them. I respect them and all but in terms of quality, I should be named among them. Those who follow me from my club side know me from my time at the Black Stars and those who know football know that I am 100% good. I am not bragging but I know what I can do and all those who know football know 100%.

Razak plays in the third tier of Spanish football for his club, Linares Deportivo. He made 18 appearances, kept 8 clean sheets, and conceded 28 goals. Comparing this to the other four goalkeepers, Atizigi played 33 matches, kept 9 clean sheets ad conceded 63 goals.

Richard Ofori made 20 appearances, kept 9 clean sheets and conceded 8 goals. Manaf Nurudeen made 43 appearances, kept 4 clean sheets and conceded 40 goals. Jojo Wollacott played 39 matches and kept 11 clean sheets in 39 matches ad conceded 43 goals.
