Making Love With Your Partner Doesn’t Attract Feelings Under Akufo-Addo, Nothing Is Working – Joyce Bawah

Nothing appears to be functioning in Ghana under the Akufo-Addo administration even having fan with your partner seems not to attract feelings , according to Joyce Bawah Mogtari, a former advisor to Former President John Dramani Mahama.

Akufo-Addo

She stated that the government must handle numerous concerns ranging from transportation to energy, labor, and health.

On Thursday, May 12, she was a part of a discussion on TV3’s New Day show with Berla Mundi about the Electricity Company of Ghana’s (ECG) and Ghana Water Company Limited’s (GWCL) demands for tariff increases.

“Imagine if this talk regarding ECG and PURC had occurred during NDC’s tenure,” she continued.

“Nothing works in our country now,” the former Deputy Transport Minister added.

According to Ellen Ama Daaku, a member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Communications team, the Akufo-Addo government is one of Ghana’s best listening governments.

She remarked that the government responds to Ghanaians’ problems and demands whenever they arise.

“I believe this government is one of the best listeners we’ve ever had,” she remarked, adding, “We are all Ghanaians, and we all feel what’s going on, but these challenges were inherited.”

Meanwhile, if the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) approves the EGG’s upcoming proposal, the EGG has promised that future tariff adjustments will not exceed 10%.

ECG has proposed a 148 percent increase, which the PURC will consider and accept or reject.

During a stakeholder meeting on the proposals on Wednesday, May 11, the EGC expressed its desire for the PURC to adopt its proposal since it will help to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
