Music Has Lifted Myself And Family From Poverty – Kwesi Arthur

Kwesi Arthur, a Ghanaian rapper, has described how he and his family lived in abject poverty before becoming A-list celebrities.

In an interview with Accra FM’s Nana Romeo, Kwesi Arthur stated that he would not have been who he is today if it weren’t for music.

The rapper, who is presently promoting his “Son Of Jacob” album, also said that music has allowed him to make a lot while also assisting some less fortunate individuals.

According to reports, the rapper said:

My family is better off because of music; I wouldn’t be known if it weren’t for music; and music has allowed me to travel to new countries.

“I was able to travel because of music; in fact, I came to Accra because of music,” he says. “I’m a Tema kid, and we don’t like to travel out to Accra in Tema.”

“First and foremost, he must enjoy music…

Some people consider music as glamorous; they see musicians driving good vehicles and surrounded by women, and they want to get involved; but, I believe that to be great, you must be dedicated.”

Aside from Kwesi Arthur, we can all agree that music has aided numerous people, including Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, and others.

Music is a significant business, and it should be regarded as such, rather than as something individuals do to pass the time.
