Government Is Cutting Salaries Of Appointees, You Can Also Make Sacrifices – Joseph Kpemka To Workers

Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, a former Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General, has urged workers to make sacrifices in the face of wage demands in light of the country’s current situation.

He said that the executive branch of government is making sacrifices by slashing appointee wages by 30%. As a result, he claims, workers must learn from the government’s actions.

Dindiok Kpemka said on TV3’s Key Points on Saturday, April 30 with anchor Dzifa Bampoh, “I would want to call to workers to make a small sacrifice as the government also slashes salaries of appointees,” in response to the TUC’s demand for a pay raise.

“I will urge workers to be cautious so that we do not take measures that would set us back,” he continued. As workers, the best way to contribute is to make a small sacrifice.”
