Mothers’ Day celebration didn’t go on well for men who found themselves at the Bethel Methodist Church, Ayigya as mothers demand them to select either they will send them for outing or will be in the kitchen to cook for them and the family.
May 12th, is set on calendar for the whole world to celebrate of our mothers who has been there for us always.
At Bethel Methodist Church today, women were given the platform to talk to the congregation and they plead to men to select one of the following for them.
“Kindly bear with us, all men here, we would like you to take one of the following we are about to say, We would like you men here to send us out for more chilling or today you will be in the kitchen and cook for the family today” they said
After then, The superintended minister, Very Rev. Godson Amponsah answered for the men that, they will cook for the family today, and he entreated all men who were present to cook in a jovial way.
After that, Cake was cut and was given to the men in the church and mothers were also given an undisclosed present.
