Angry customers of GLO network threatens to switch to other network if no standby generator to maintain the network when there’s DUMSOR.(power cut)

 

 

Glo have soared high in our aspiration to build Africa’s biggest and best telecommunications network with millions of subscribers in Nigeria, Republic of Benin and Ghana.

According to customers and subscribers in a media interaction  Kumasi and some part of the eastern region. Ghana, Glo has been the most poorest network service they have ever come across in life in terms of power cut. When there’s a light out or power cut, they face problems because the company doesn’t have STANDBY GENERATORS at the site so when such happens, they find it difficult to connect both internet and make calls.

However, through the observation made by Ghanawish radio, customers also complain that, when there’s a rain storm, the network cut of leaving them In pain.

Also, a customer lamented that, he was with other network but the main reason why he switch to Glo is because of affordability.

He disclose to GHANAWISH.COM that, when ever he buys 1gh airtime, he receives 1gh bonus for other network and also 250 megabyte internet data.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As a customer, he always consider price when purchasing, so he considered all network and Glo is very cheap but because of power cut (DUMSOR) lack of STANBY GENERATORS at site to support him and enjoy both internet and calls, he will be switching to other network with the week . He revealed.
