The member of parliament for Damongo Constituency who is also the minister for Lands and Natural Resources honorable Samuel Abu Jinapor yesterday was welcomed by his constituents in a more bizarre way after some of the women wore NDC party colours.
Many have wondered whether they intentionally did that or they were confused since most of them are members of the National Democratic Congress.
Photos have since gone viral with many Ghanaians happy with the way Abu Jinapor also welcomed them despite wearing the colours and John and Jane shirt.
Meanwhile, the tour was on Friday, 19th November, 2021, which marked the last day for the Basic Education Certificate Examination and, he seized the opportunity to visit and encourage the Nine Hundred and Six (906) candidates from the Damongo Constituency.
The member of parliament told them that, in 1998, he took his BECE exams in the same Exam Hall that they are taking theirs and, thus, they should believe in themselves and be assured that with hard work and dedication, the sky remains the beginning for them.
