‘I’m Not Joining Any Political Party Until I See The Conditions In The Country Get Better”-Efia Odo Says

Popular Ghanaian social media icon, Andrea Owusu has declined an invitation to become a member of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), saying she will join a party under strict conditions.

Efia Odo was once a lead member in the online #FixTheCountry campaign that trended on social media for weeks. She was later arrested after storming the premises of the court with some other conveners of the movement.

She has also revealed in numerous interviews that she is not a member of any political party in Ghana, neither is she embarking on the #FixTheCountry campaign to slam the ruling government over the issues facing the country.

Well, in a recent tweet, Efia Odo revealed that she will not be joining any political party until she sees the conditions of our roads, schools, hospitals get better. She went further that until another party decided to complete an uncompleted project of a previous party, she is unwilling to side with any political party.

She wrote; I’m not joining any party until I see the conditions of our roads, hospitals/Healthcare, schools etc get better. Until Party A decided to continue any Uncompleted Party B project/s, vice versa.

Meanwhile, undoubtedly one of the best rappers in the scene, Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Jnr., well known as Kwesi Arthur was swarmed by some fans one stage while he was performing at the Family Concert ar Bogoso in the Western Region.

Kwesi Arthur while performing was mobbed by a die-hard fan on stage who made away with his pair of sneakers as he knelt down before the rapper to show his love and support to him.
