Over a number of weeks there has been a Facebook account purporting to be belonging to the daughter of Farida Mahama.
The account has been posting rather controversial issues. Some of the issues related to some seductive pictures and political propaganda. Many had been wondering whether the account related belong to Farida Mahama.
Today, Saturday, July 31, 2021, John Mahama posted a disclaimer and mentioned that his daughter doesn’t have any social media account. He added that they have also not sanctioned any party or organization to manage an account for Farida.
This got many thinking who really owned the account. According to John Mahama, they have made an official complaint to get the account removed plus the account plus that on Instagram.
Well, interestingly, hours after the communique was released, the account handler of the account has changed the name of the account. The new name is now Sports 360 Update.
The account still carries a following of over 24,000. This was after Ghanaians threw a barrage of insults on the timeline of the account for impersonating.
