Abronye DC revealed that Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata warned Mahama about the run-off rule in court as the legal team of the NDC must be able to establish that “there was over-voting, vote pudding and people voted who are not to take part as stated under article 42” of the constitution.

He further added based on that Tsatsu Tsikata refused to represent the NDC in court but the party’s flagbearer knelt down in tears and held Tsatsu’s legs to beg him to represent him in court.

Abronye DC further revealed that it was the wife of Tsatsu Tsikata who convinced him(Tsatsu) to represent the NDC in court.

“Mahama told gim people would mock him on social media. He went to cry in his house. So Tsatsu Tsikata’s wife convinced him to represent him in court out of sympathy” Abronye DC revealed.
