The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the GCPP, Kofi Owusu Omar, has lauded the Electoral Commission of Ghana chaired by Jane Mensah for a successful voters’ registration exercise.
He indicated that, the exercise was unique amidst the Coronavirus pandemic.
Chairman Omar who was contributing to a panel discussion on Wontumi Radio and TV Morning Show hosted by Oheneba Nana Asiedu said that he is happy the exercise has come to an end and soon the Ghanaian electorate will go to the polls on December 7 for “the NDC to know their level.”
He said that, the NDC always use foreigners to embark on registration exercise prior to elections but failed this time round.
Chairman Omar noted that, it lies solely with the Ghanaian electorate to elect a President who steer the affairs of the country.
“I give the NDC 25% and they will remain there forever.” He said
