This young man could have had his life taken the same way as George Floyd, by Police Officers. The video attached was shared by Mexicant on his twitter handle.
He quoted; “This was in Seattle, his partner had to physically move the knee off the guys neck #riots2020 #GeorgeFloydProtests”. The video showed how this young man who is yet to be identified nearly got his neck broken by the police offer.
An officer of the Police applied the knee-to-neck technique to restrain him, and that could have broken his neck. Luckily in a more human manner, his colleague shoved his knee from the neck of the young man as they attempted to restrain him. This happened in Seattle as these young protesters took to the street to protest the abuse and killings of Black-Americans by the police, and to seek justice for George Floyd who lost his life in that hostility and racial attack. The Police is Officer is being praised for his sense of life and respect for human right.
The knee-to-neck restraining technique, has been condemned by experts as archaic and hostile. It is the same technique that the officer applied that killed George Floyd.
Heavy protest has engulfed almost every part of America, as people match to end racial discrimination and injustice meted out at Black people.
