Ghanaian Reggae Artiste, Ras Kuku has asked the Government of Ghana not to heed to the plea of Pastors to reconsider his ban on churches.
According to him, doing so will open the floodgate for everyone to do his own thing without recourse to the ban which is to contain the pandemic.
Government of Ghana has asked that all public events including Church service be canceled because the country has recorded six cases. But some Men of God have pleaded with the President and his government to allow church services to go on.
Reacting to this plea, Ras Kuuku mentioned that if the President should allow churches to hold their services, entertainers will also hold their events because the Churches and their Pastors are not human than entertainers.
He made this in a post on his social media handle.
He said “Mr President please Don’t listen to these pastors, if they gather in the their churches We will also organize our shows. They are not bigger than us”.
