We will boycott your network if you dont fix the mess – customers Threatens Vodafone network

 

Customers of leading network services provider in ghana has threatened to boycott their network over how they have suffering to use the service over some hours now.

 

According some of the customers who spoke to GHANAWISH.COM at a mobile money merchant joint in madina, Mr akwasi Evans lamented that, HE IS NOT ABLE TO TOP UP AIRTIME, REGISTER SIM CARDS, WITHDRAW MOBILE MONEY AND ALSO CANT BUNDLE INTERNET DATA.

 

 

He said that VODAFONE couldn’t send them message that they are facing challenges and due to this, it has affected his business and he has decided to switch to other network.

Also, madam shirley who is a Yam seller at Agbogbloshie market also said that she tried sending money to a wholesaler at dambai where she has been going for the Yam but because of what vodafone has caused she has switched to MTN.

Thousands of customers have already switched to other service provider over poor service of vodafone.

Majority main concerns was topping up airtime and bundle of internet data.
Fix it now or loose us all.
