Nigeria Nollywood stars, Jim Iyke, Ini Edo and other celebrities have been unveiled as the brand ambassadors for popular Ghanaian alcoholic drink, Adonko Bitters.
The move for these top celebrities and influencers is to create a significant market share for the adult beverage which is now available in Nigeria.

The event which was hosted by Ghanaian TV host and actress, Selly Galley took place at The Oriental Hotel, in Lekki on Thursday 13th February 2020.
The main idea behind this project as revealed by the representatives of the Angel Group, producers of Adonko Bitters is to create a consistent connection between the customer and the brand.

Given the reasons for choosing these figures, it was revealed that these influencers have proven over the years to have a distinct relationship with different categories of the target audience. To this end, they will individually represent the brand at different levels and maintain excellent relationships with key audiences. This will further create more presence for the brand amongst key consumers in the market.

Class names that were also unveiled at the event as additional ambassadors include musician Victor AD, Uti Nwachukwu, Teddy A, Charles Okocha and Melvin Oduah.
Present to officially unveil the Adonko brand were Vincent Opare, Head of International Marketing, Mr. Ernest Gyamfi, Head of Sales, and Ernest Brobbey, the Country Manager for Adonko Bitters, Nigeria.
