Bullet and his RuffTown Records crew are dumb – Bulldog

After Wendy Shay embarrassed herself in an interview with TV Africa earlier this week many Ghanaians including industry persons have shared varied views about the issue.

The latest to comment is entertainment critic and artist manager, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson popularly known as Bulldog.

According to Bulldog, Wendy Shay should not be blamed for the answer she gave instead her management.

Speaking on Zylofon TV, the CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment and manager of dancehall artist Shatta Wale said management of Wendy Shay should have prompted her not to answer the question that was asked.

“I will blame Bullet and his team. I will say they are dumb”. Bulldog said

Bulldog also lashed out at TV Africa and its presenter for asking insensible questions.

He observed that the media house should employ the services of competent people to uphold the standards of journalism.

In his view, if the station had recruited professionals it would have prevented this from happening.

Wendy Addo who performs under the stage name Wendy Shay’s response to a question on what material things she could boast of since she signed unto RuffTown Records almost a year ago triggered criticisms from section of the public.

“Wendy, ever since you got signed to RuffTown Records, what is that one thing you have gained musically for yourself that you can say I got this camera or I got this carpet…” a journalist from TV Africa asked.

“You mean the material things,” she interjected in a bid to get clarification.

“I’ve got so many stuff. Too many. Woo. I mean I can actually buy the latest iPhone that is in town right now. I mean I do have a lot of stuff, camera, iPad, I mean stuffs that every girl at my age is going to need I do have money to buy all of these things,” the singer’s said.

That was not all. The host quizzed further, “What’s your worth?…”

“Oh I haven’t checked, I think I have to check it online,” she swiftly responded.

This will not be the first time Wendy Shay is being criticized by the public.

Late last year, she was heavily criticised after she described a question posed to her by JoyNews’ MzGee as “dumb”.
