You Blame Bawumia When Dollar Goes Up But Don’t Praise Him When It Comes Down – NPP MP To Ghanaians

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Afigya Kwabre North, Hon. Collins Adomako-Mensah, has asked those who are quick to blame Vice President Bawumia whenever the dollar rate goes up to channel the same energy into praise when it comes down.

The MP who is also a member of the Finance Committee in Parliament stated on Wontumi TV that “when the rate goes up you ask for Bawumia to be sacked. But when it comes down, nobody wants to praise him for what he has done.”

Hon. Adomako Mensah was optimistic that by first quarter of next year, the prices of goods would have stabilized and gave a strong indication that President Akufo-Addo’s government was focused on achieving it.

The MP for Afigya Kwabre North also singled out praise for Finance Minister, Mr. Ken Ofori Atta.

According to him the Finance minister deserves commendation for reaching an agreement with IMF in less than 6 months on behalf of the country.
