Recently a video went viral, where a woman was seen burying her husband with a snake by putting it in his coffin.
This surprised many as they wondered what could make one do that, and also if it had some spiritual connotations.
The said woman has granted an interview explaining why she had to do that, and per her explanation had no spiritual connotations as imagined by people.
He said the snake was a pet he gave to her daughter, but upon his death, she felt she couldn’t cater well for it, hence giving it to him, for him to send it with him. She also revealed the snake was removed at the cemetery before he was put to the ground.
