Ghanaians claim that if MTN or other loan companies stops giving out QuickLoans, they will be unable to celebrate Christmas or care for their girlfriends.
According to them, Ghana’s system is becoming more difficult than before, and they frequently use MTN QuickLoan offers as a point of departure.
This came following reports that Telcos were intending to stop offering loans if Ghana’s government approved the budget for 2022.
Some Ghanaians who are concerned about the Telcos’ movement on the offer request MTN and others to establish a mechanism that will prevent them from taking advantage of the loan offer.
“We can’t do without QuickLoan since our wage doesn’t get us to the end of the month, so we accept QuickLoan to cover our bills,” some Ghanaians remark in an interview with AfricaWish Media.
If MTN or other lending services stop providing loans, we will lose our loved ones.
Christmas is approaching, and our next stop will be at QuickLoan to celebrate so we are requesting MTN and others to search for another option by offering us the offer.”
