We know we’re kids but we will take what belong to elders – SHS girls brag

Some SHS girls have sent out a stern warning to elder ladies that they can take what belongs to them so they should be watchful.

This message was made known via Facebook after one of them shared a photo of herself with two of her teenage friends.

The caption suggested that they are ever ready to snatch the boyfriends or lovers of elder women.

They claim that although they are kids they can compete with elder women and even take what belongs to them.

Today’s children and teens are growing up immersed in digital media. They are exposed to media in all forms, including TV, computers, smartphones, and other screens.

Teens’ displays on social media often show risky behaviors, such as substance use, pleasurable behaviors, self-injury, or eating disorders. Exposure of teens through media to alcohol, tobacco use, or pleasurable behaviors is associated with earlier initiation of these behaviors.

You can just imagine the level of exposure to media these kids have gone through. These are young girls and what they wrote on that picture is a pure example of moral decadence.

The caption on their photo reads;… We know we’re kids, but we take what belongs to elders, no short thing”. Yes you read that right, we all know what they take that belongs to elders.

That is what social media has turned to so it’s not a big surprise, after all they see what their elders are doing at a very tender age, they watch TV shows where all sort of despicable behaviors are going on and immorality is being celebrated.

I’m not disputing the fact that technology can be part of a healthy childhood, as long as this privilege isn’t abused. For example, preschoolers can get help learning the alphabet on public television, grade schoolers can play educational apps and games, and teens can do research on the Internet.
