The Ghanaian comedian has been reported dead after a short illness. According to reports, he died today, January 10 at Komfo Anokye teaching hospital in Kumasi after short illness.
This was also confirmed by popular blogger, Zionfelix who incidentally was the last person to interview him when he was alive.
Perhaps knowing he’ll soon die, Ghana Boy made a humble appeal to the government of Ghana to give him a state burial if he passes on.
Ghana Boy lost his eyesight before he died and was living in abject poverty despite his huge fame over twenty years ago which waned after Concert Party crept into oblivion.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
