It has somewhat become a custom in Ghana for fans to see a celebrity and expect he/she to give them money as a form of appreciation for their support.
Actress Nana Ama Mcbrown, who might have had a bad day, was caught in a similar situation with street hawkers at she got stuck in traffic in Accra.
Fans of the actress spotted her and thought it was cocoa season so they mobbed her car demanding she blesses them with cash.
Not knowing what to do, she sat in her car deciding on means to escape the extortion storing right through her window.
The fans kept on heaping praises on her amid begging for money.
New commentary which has flooded social media about this video suggests that even celebrities are feeling the eat on the streets as the poor management of the economy by the government beats everyone.
They claim celebrities have stopped giving out money because they need it to survive this harsh era.
