The founder of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), Osofo Kyiri Abosom believes Nana Akufo-leadership Addo’s leaves much to be desired.
According to him, Ghanaians have been plagued by the Akufo-Addo administration since it took office five years ago.
The president has also been chastised by the founder of the Life Assembly Worship Centre for telling lies that have led to the country’s endemic corruption.
“GUM is coming like a lion to demonstrate the force of true leadership in Ghana,” he told the journalists at the International Press Centre in Accra on Tuesday.
According to the preacher known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, the present crop of leaders is exceedingly selfish, which has proved detrimental to the country’s progress.
“We will elect our new executives next year, release complete plans and procedures for the 2024 season, and launch an extensive radio and television campaign to educate the public about the situation.”
He urged the present NPP administration to launch an agricultural revolution and involve young people in the industry.
“The government must import tractors and other agricultural equipment and instruments to encourage young people to pursue careers in agriculture and to make agriculture more appealing as the country’s backbone.”
“Kwame Nkrumah has done his part,” he continued, “and a GUM administration would raise the standard and produce more jobs for the kids.”
