There is no man of God in this country that has money which is not from the church – Counsellor Lutterodt

Counsellor George Lutterodt who is a popular Marriage and Relationship Counsellor has disclosed that there is no man of God in Ghana who has made money that is not from the church.

He made this revelation whiles reacting to the brouhaha surrounding the $1m gift given to the leader and founder of Royalhouse Chapel Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah’s daughter on her wedding day.

Speaking during a discussion on Peace FM’s Entertainment Review show, the controversial counsellor disclosed that Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah organised the wedding of his daughter  Naa Dromo Korankye-Ankrah from church’s funds.

“Sam Korankye used church money to organise a glamourous wedding for his daughter. There is no man of God in this country that has money that is not from the church. From Duncan Williams to the smallest man of God in this country. I am saying this as a man of God. If a man of God says he is a businessman people do business with you because of the anointing that is on you. So assuming you were not a pastor and you were a businessman you wouldn’t get to where you have gotten to because you are a man of God” Counsellor Lutterodt told Kwesi Aboagye.

According to Counsellor Lutterodt, it was wrong for Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah to explain the $1 million gift after GRA issued a tax query to the Church.

He indicated that the revered man of God shouldn’t have explained that the $1 million gift to his daughter was a ‘faith cheque’ or dummy cheque as it has defeated the purpose of what he did.

Counsellor Lutterodt advised Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah and other men of God to spend church funds wisely so that people don’t castigate them.
