Outspoken Ghanaian actress cum producer, Yvonne Nelson in a recent social media post on Twitter has questioned why Ghana is still facing economic hardships despite its numerous natural resources.
She indicated that she always wakes up each morning wondering why we are still a developing country with all the resources at our disposal
In her view, despite celebrating independence, Ghana is still under colonization.
”Charley I wake up every morning wondering why we are where we are! With all our resources! We are still being colonized! It’s like we can never do it on our own! BIG ENGLISH, FLY SUITS, LONG CONVOYS haven’t done anything for us! NEO COLONIZATION,” she wrote.
