Nigerian singer and music writer, Danlil has accused self-acclaimed African Dancehall king, Shatta Wale of stealing his song.

According to the artiste, Shatta stole the idea of his yet to be released Musa Mansa Money song with Jamaican dancehall sensation, Vybz Kartel. He also accused him of stealing the song cover art from him.

In two separate posts, the Nigerian singer claimed that he did a song in November 2019 and decided to name it Mansa Musa. After the song was done, Danlil added that he made a broadcast on social media with the song title and cover art with the announcement that it will be released in 2020. But before he could release the song, Shatta Wale has popped up with his Mansa Musa Money which features Vybz Kartel.

Later, Danlil who is now describing Shatta Wale as a thief shared a photo of his own artwork which he claims to have got in November 2019. Interestingly, Danlil’s cover art and that for Shatta Wale’s song is almost the same.
