Shatta Wale donates GHC10,000 to Castro’s family

African Dancehall King, Shatta Wale, has donated GHC10,000 to the family of missing Ghanaian musician, Castro real name Theophilus Tagoe.

Castro’s 38th birthday was marked on 1st May, 2020.

Asamoah Gyan who was one of his closest friends suggested that they’ll do a birthday bash on Instagram live to celebrate Castro.

Music producer Jay Q who hosted the program interacted with a  few musicians who worked with Castro.

Shatta Wale who was also hosted disclosed that Castro once bought him clothes and shoes and that he was one of the few people who mentored him as an underground artiste.

The dancehall musician went on to say that he’ll be giving GHC10,000 to the family of the ‘Toffee’ hitmaker and that he also thinks this kind gesture should be done frequently so that the people Castro left behind such as his children and wives can be well taken care of.

Shatta Wale also expressed his profound love for Castro and his craft, sighting his “Boneshaker” tune as his favorite song from the legend.
