The security man in question said,”I just engaged in sexual relations with the casualty multiple times and not multiple times. “This is the thing that a 33-year-old security man told an Accra Circuit Court before he was hit with a 15-year prison term for contaminating the eight-year-old little girl of a police officer.
The convict, Samuel Clottey, nom de plume Barton, conceded to pollution and was indicted on his own supplication by the court managed by Ms Priscilla Dapaah Mireku.
Introducing the realities of the case, Chief Inspector Kofi Atimbire said the casualty lived with her dad in a similar region with Clottey .
He told the court that the casualty used to play with her companions around the convict’s region.
On July 7, 2020, Chief Inspector Atimbire said the casualty was broiling flapjack when Clottey mentioned to get a few and furthermore advised her to carry the hotcake to his home.
He told the court that when the casualty went to give the flapjack to Clottey in the organization of her friends, he disclosed to her companions to hold up outside, including that “Clottey attracted the casualty into his room, expelled her dress and gasp and had sex with her.”
Boss Inspector Atimbire said after the demonstration, Clottey gave the casualty GHC 3.00.
On July 19, 2020, the investigator said the casualty educated her grandma about her difficulty, expressing that the convict had intercourse with her in his room on five unique events after which the grandma likewise revealed the news to the casualty’s folks.
Clottey was later captured and charged under the watchful eye of court.
