Dancehall and Afrobeat artist Shatta Wale has expressed his disappointment in the recent beef that has sparked up between rapper Sarkodie and Asem.
According to Shatta Wale, this is not the right time to beef when people are dying globally of the pandemic. He has described Sarkodie’s action as uncalled for because the time for his beef was wrong.
“Sarkodie is talking about beefs and the industry is happy? I’m disappointed tho. I thought Sarkodie has bought stuffs to donate to the needy but if Sarkodie throws a beef at me at this time of our lives when people are dying, when people need help……. ” Shatta Wale told MzGee in an interview.
Shatta Wale expressed shock at how people are reacting to the beef of Sarkodie, meanwhile these same people would have fired him if he was the one beefing unnecessarily.
“if it was me, people will say I no attention because my brand is going down. My brand has never gone down” he stated emphatically.
