READ: Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) Disciplinary Statement On Boxer Patrick Allotey Assault On Kotoko Fan

If all could recall, not long ago, a video which went viral on social media after the Ghana version of the EL-Classico between Hearts of Oak and arch rivals Asante Kotoko saw one professional boxer by name Patrick Allotey assaulting a Kotoko Fan who was jubilating after their 2-1 win against hearts of oak.

After that unfortunate incident reached the Ghana Boxing Authority, The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) have suspended Patrick Allotey for six months after being found guilty of misconduct.

The charge of misconduct for which WBO Africa Super Bantamweight champion has been sanctioned relates to him assaulting a football fan at the Accra Sports last month.

Allotey beat up the fan who has been identified as Micheal Siaw during the Ghana Premier League top-linear between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
