I hope you feel better now after venting your frustration. At least the players know exactly how you feel. It’s good for you and the players as well.
To cut the chase, I learned you’ll soon unveil your board. Well, this is just unsolicited advice from an ’ordinary’ Kotoko fan. I’d like you to bring Marcel Desailly on board as the CEO of Kotoko. After doing that, please take a few steps back and watch your investment turn Kotoko into the club you envisioned when you took over as the Executive Board Chairman. Appoint Desailly and charge him with the responsibility of building real structures, infrastructure, and a youth team. Desailly will help you transform Kotoko.
