Lady Reverend Dr. Mrs Charlotte Oduro, a renowned marriage counsellor has advised married women to pamper their husbands with mouthwatering gifts such as brand new cars, phones, movie tickets and many others.
She said it’s wrong for wives to always be at the receiving end entreating them to inculcate the habit of also surprising their husbands with gifts.
Lady Reverend Dr Mrs Charlotte Oduro said it’s a healthy gesture for wives to take their husbands to restaurants, movies and other recreational centers to while away time.
According to her, husbands are always proud of their wives when they receive such gifts from their wives and thus have it at the back of their minds that their wives are capable of taking care of their children when they are not around.
The wife of the founder of Royal Victory Family Church International was hopeful that these gestures make couples’ homes beautiful.
In an interview with Hitz FM monitored by MyNewsGh, she admonished, ‘We marry women we help ooo, sometimes take your husband out, surprise him with a car. It makes the home beautiful and it makes that man proud because he knows that when he’s not there, you can take care of the children’.
