Faith Temple, the Ofankor branch of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), has celebrated its 25th anniversary.
On Saturday, August 17, 2019, the Church held a number of fellowship games as part of activities to commemorate its silver jubilee.
The games included basketball, volleyball, handball, football, Scrabble, ludu, arm-wrestling, Oware, among others.
The various games were played at the St. John Senior High School from 7:00am.
Other branches of ICGC around Ofankor precisely from Taifa, Tantra Hills, among others, participated in the games.
Senior Pastor of Faith Temple, ICGC Ofankor, Rev. Nii Otabi Fiifi Wilson, told journalists on the sidelines of the games that Faith Temple started from a humble beginning and through hard work, it has grown.
He said the other participating branches were Strong Tower, Taifa Branch, Glorious Temple, Victory Temple, Achimota Branch, among others.
The games, he said, were also evangelical tools, calling on the other people in the church to reach out to the youth.
He urged the youth to be innovative and seek God for wisdom to solve their problems.
