In a new video, veteran Nigerian actor Pete Edochie eulogised late former president Jerry John Rawlings.
When the legendary actor was in Ghana a few years ago, both grown men met up and their bromance was well publicised in the media.
Many has over the years compared their look, character and principles saying that they have a lot of things in common.
In his final message to the late Head of State, Mr. Edochie said:
“My brother Jerry, your passinghas reminded me once more that death is the ultimate destiny of men.
I am told by authorities that death is simply the separation of the spirit from the body. But the spirit does not die.
For two people who were as close as both of us, I say it’s a matter of time when my own spirit will be separated from my body, we shall be together, we shall smile, we shall hug and we shall tell our jokes.
“Until then, good bye Jerry, good bye, good bye“, he concluded.
