The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has dropped a hint that more agitations are in the offing as far as their rejection of the compilation of a new voters’ register is concerned.
He disclosed in an interview monitored by the media that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the other other smaller political parties are going to pile up more pressure to protest the Electoral Commission’s (EC’s) decision for a new voter’s register.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen, General Mosquito disclosed that the party’s decision was so because the EC was being deliberately recalcitrant to rescind its decision to compile a new register.
However, Asiedu Nketia said the EC had acted in bad faith when it announced a date for the commencement of the new voters’ registration exercise.
