The National Democratic Congress wishes our Muslim brothers and sisters a blessed month of
Ramadan. Ramadan Kareem!
Ramadan is a time when Muslims believe the Holy Qur’an was revealed to Prophet
Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. It is also a time to deeply reflect upon the
wisdom and guidance that come with faith. It is a time for Muslims to seek forgiveness and
forgive one another. It is a shared responsibility Muslims owe to themselves and to God.
The month of Ramadan is the time to rededicate to the ideals of tolerance, patience,
truthfulness, kindness, love, for peace and justice that we all share.
In this holy month of Ramadan, remember to say a prayer for peace, security and progress for
our dear country.
We wish you the favors and blessings that comes with Ramadan. Ramadan Kareem. Salaam.
