As Former Lynz Entertainment Record Label Signee, MzVee surprised many when she revealed in a recent interview that her 2 years hiatus was caused by depression.
Surprisingly, her former label mate, Kuami Eugene says he had no idea or whatsoever about MzVee’s depression as she did not make him privy to her emotional discomfort state.
“The thing is I didn’t leave Lynx, I left music. I gave up on music 2 years ago. It’s very emotional because I was super super depressed.” MzVee told Berla Mundi ina recent interview.
When asked on Showbiz972 hosted by MzGee what he thought about the singer’s depression experience, Kuami Eugene said he’s hearing it for the first time MzVee was depressed.
According to Eugene, he is currently promoting his new single ‘Turn Up’ therefore he does not get time to monitor what happens in the media.
“I haven’t listened to any interview because I’m busy doing my interviews for ‘Turn up’, and so this is the first time I’m hearing this. I’m focusing on pushing my song out there.” Eugene said.
