Controversial celebrity lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has descended heavily on parliamentarians without moral character tagging them as people who have made the parliament house a cheap place to enter among the 3 arms of government.
He made this revelation during an interview on Wontumi TV’s morning show.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw cited the MP for Ningo-Prampram, Sam George as one of the MPs whose conduct doesn’t merit the title ‘honourable’.
“They have forgotten that the Judiciary is part of the arms of government… It is not easy to raise Judges but it is easier to become a Parliamentarian. Even ‘koko’ sellers can become MPs. It is the cheapest place to go when compared to the other arms of government. Look at their qualification. There are certain people there without high moral character, proven integrity and good educational background…Look at Sam George” Maurice Ampaw disclosed.
