Motor Bike Thief Nearly Lynched At Assin Adiembra

An furious mob nearly lynched a suspected motorcycle thief in Assin Adiembra, in the Central Region’s Assin South District.

At Assin Aworoso, the cops intervened just in time, saving his life.

The suspect is now being treated in Assin Fosu’s St. Francis Xavier Hospital, where he is handcuffed to his hospital bed.

According to the evidence acquired, he stole the motorcycle in Aboso, Western Region, and buried it in Assin Mankato, Assin South District.

However, thanks to a tip, the owner of the vehicle was able to track down the suspect’s hiding in Assin Adiembra and get him apprehended.

They thrashed him mercilessly before handing him over to the cops.

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old suspect, identified as Felix Abekah, has denied stealing the motorcycle, claiming instead that he rented it.
