Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie was announced the winner of the maiden edition of BET’s Best International Flow Act category at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.
The Ghanaian rapper beat competition from Nigerian rapper; Falz the Bad Guy, Ghetts from the United Kingdom, Kalash from France, Female rapper; Little Simz from the UK, South African hip pop prodigy; Nasty C, Tory Lanez of Canada to win the award.
Some Ghanaian celebrities have congratulated the Ghanaian rapper and couldn’t have been complete without the rapper’s mother joining in the celebration of his son’s BET award.
After news of Sarkodie’s victory went viral, Tracy couldn’t keep calm but took to Twitter to express her gratitude and also thanked God for making it possible.

Also, Sarkodie’s mother joined the praise singers to congratulate his son for winning the Best International Flow category at the 2019 BET Hip-Hop Awards.
In a post on Twitter, Sarkodie has shared the congratulatory message from his mother which’s timestamp shows it was sent somewhere around 02:41AM.
“I was calling to tell you that you’re going to win. Congratulations, my son. Super happy and proud of you,” Mama Sark’s message read.
