Kumawood actor Mmebusem has lashed out at Ghanaians, especially Cindy Thompson for berating him over his comedy skits.
Mmebusem has introduced a local TV series in which he is mimicking Jesus Christ although his stories has nothing to do with the founder of Christianity.
This has led many including veteran gospel singer Cindy Thompson cautioning him to stop using Jesus’ name in vain.
However, reacting to the backlash in an Instagram post which was sighted by Ghana’s most credible news and entertainment website, BrownGh.Com, the comic actor expressed his disappointment in Ghanaians.
Mmebusem who seems not to be happy lambasted Ghanaians and Africans who believe Robert Powell is the real Jesus after watching his ‘Jesus film’ but are criticizing his.
“Robert Powell is not Jesus Christ please…Love for others and we hate our own. Posterity will judge us all,”
