A lockdown of the Ghana is a bait to send President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to opposition according to Alhaji Irbard Ibrahim
Many have raised several arguments as to why President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo should not have heed to calls to lock down the country in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Counter arguments from others including the members of the governing party suggests that it is the last resort to curb further spread of the disease that has already claimed four lives in the country with fears the number could rise.
Executive Director of Irbard Security Consult who is against the lockdown has said “a lockdown is a bait that can take Prez Akufo-Addo to opposition in December. The choice is his to make. It feels good to be the strongest man in Ghana but mind you, it is only for a while!
Trump is a smart guy. He says this lockdown thing won’t help him because his opponents just want it to continue so they beat him at the polls in the general election.
