Let’s Think Development First, Not Partisan Politics – Edem Agbana Charges Afife Youth

Deputy National Youth Organizer of the NDC, Edem Agbana has urged the youth of Afife in the Ketu North municipality to desist from creating division among the community along party lines. He was speaking as a guest at the 2022 Deviza celebration held at Afife E.P school park on Saturday April 16th, 2022.

The durbar which was organized by the Afife Evergreen Youth Association (AEYA) is an annual event which brings Afife Natives together.

Edem Agbana, who doubles as a Youth Activist and Deputy National Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress with several recognition from reputable institutions including the European Institute.

He is particularly known for the Annual Don King Memorial Gala, a sporting event designed to drive unity and development among youths of the various towns within the municipality.

His passion and drive for youth development, especially within his community, in areas of sports, education, entertainment etc has become a widely noted attribute.

Speaking at the event, the assertive youth leader and an indigene of the Afife traditional area, Hon Edem Agbana made a passionate appeal to all the youth to unite and contribute to the development of the community instead of fighting along partisan lines.

He further urged them to seize every opportunity that may provide financial security, personal development and by good extension, communal development and at all times the underpinning interests of the community must not be forsaken.

This engagement came shortly after Hon. Edem Agbana, led a delegation to commission a community water project in one of the communities in the municipality, an occasion many later described at the durbar as leadership by example.
