Patricia disclosed this in an interview with Quoo Fante monitored by Ghanawish was reacting to claims that the movie industry in Kumasi is dead.
But to the best knowledge of Patricia Osei Boateng, the movie industry pays although it can’t be compared to years ago. She cited her most recent production, ”Think Smart” to buttress her point adding that with strategic premiering, a producer will make more money.
Contrary to the above, if all could recall, popular kumawood actress Nana Ama McBrown sometime past in an interview with Andy Dosty postulated that the local movie industry, Kumawood, is dead. According to her, the number of movie scripts she normally receives in a month has declined significantly.
