Information gathered indicates that the Court sitting on Kennedy Agyapong’s Contempt case has refused entry to other than Graphic Communications Group reporter at the Court room.

It’s is not clear the reason for the move by the court.

Kennedy Agyapong is standing trial for threatening a Judge who issued an interlocutory injunction on a land case he is involved in.

The Assin Central Member of Parliament is reported to have have described the Judge as stupid and indicated that he will deal with him.

The case has been adjourned twice and it’s expected that some finality will be brought to it today.
