It’s a lie, I didn’t sack Samini – Ebenezer SHS Headmaster clears air

Headmaster of Ebenezer Senior High School Richard Kofi Mensah has debunked claims made by dancehall artiste Samini.

The ‘Linda’ hitmaker recently appealed to the Ghana Education Service (GES) to deal with the headmaster of the school for allegedly discriminating against him during his tour of the school.

He told Sammy Forson on the Cosmopolitan Mix, on Wednesday that Mr Mensah had stopped him from speaking to the students because of his dreadlocks.

He further explained that he does not think an educationist who discriminates against people deserves to head a school.

But in an interview with JoyNews’ Noella Kharyne Yalley, the headmaster of the school, after stating that he neither saw nor interacted with Samini, was unable to confirm if the dancehall musician’s claim was a fabrication.

He added that, he received a later Earlier on from Samini’s team but his Management didn’t reply therefore Samini should have waited for a response before coming.

“The students were writing exam, so how can you speak to them during examination period, he should have waited for a reply”, he added.

“I didn’t complain about his Dreadlocks because I aslo have a student here with Dreadlocks, so how can I complain about his” he stated clearly.

He further added that, he leaves everything to God Almighty
